I watched a guide by patrouski on how to breed Pokemon and it really helped me to understand but I still have a question he didn't cover, so I was hoping some people here might be able to help. Open the spreadsheet. Breeding for Hidden Power is mostly unnecessary, as you can obtain a 6×31 Pokemon with any Hidden Power using typed gems (referred to as mysterious gems). Make sure your ability is Poison heal and equip Toxic orb.
